I’m so excited to share with you my business cards for Love at First Book that came in the mail two days ago!!!! They’re shiny and have rounded corners. Rounded corners!!!!

My business cards for Love at First Book!!!! The background is all white, even though it looks kind of cream colored.
Then last night, my stamp came in the mail!

Of course, in real life it’s not blurry! It looks perfect but my camera was not a fan of zooming in so closely!
Thank you so much to Dave & Jane Friedman at Art of Life in Wellington, Florida (FB page here)! And thank you to my mom (Ackerman Fisher & Rodgers CPA) who helped me design them (actually, she practically did the whole thing).
Another huge thank you goes to Alli’s Creations over at Etsy for the stamp! I was super impressed with Alli’s Creations because they were one of the only stores that would show me a proof before deciding on a purchase, which is just good business!
Then, once I purchased, a second proof was emailed out to me, and once approved, I received my stamp quickly! Did I mention I LOVE it? It looks even better than the proof and I cannot wait to start stamping my books with it! I highly advise checking out Alli’s Creations if you’re in need of a stamp because she has a lot to choose from.
Thanks for reading,

It’s quite awesome to have a business card isn’t it, I understand your excitement
And I love that you have a stamp (it’s very nice, too). Now you have to find some events to go to
I know!!!! Where to next?
I love it! They look great. And I’m partial to rounded corners, too
Thanks! One of my favorite things ever is my rounded corner punch!
Wow, beautiful! I love the first image. Cheers to your new business cards and stamps
Thanks, Monica!
¡¡Great!! I like them very much!!
I know you are wasting your time stamping your books because I’m just doing the same with mine
I got it yesterday!! hehehe
Half of my stuff is still in transit to Boston, so I can only stamp some, but yes! I want to see yours! Email me if you don’t blog about it.
Love the stamp!! So cute! The cards look really good too!
Thanks!!!!! I’m excited!!!
Super cute Rebecca, I love them!
Thanks Jennifer! I’m super excited about them!
Beautiful design on the business cards and I love anything with a swirl! Happy stamping!
Thank you! I looked at a bunch of stamp options and that one was calling to me in the beginning, so I’m glad I ended up picking it. It was (excuse my horrible joke that’s coming now:) love at first stamp!
I love them!
Thank you!!!!
They look fantastic!
Thanks, Leah! I was so excited to get them!
This is pretty awesome.
I have Allison at The Book Wheel to thank since she’s the one who had the idea first! Well, because she totally sneaks the business cards into books at stores and stamps all her books.
It’s so brilliant…. I think Ima have to do so too
I agree. It’s brilliant. Which is why I stole, no x that, modeled my own stamp after what Allison did. She just had a genius idea that hopefully we can all start to use!
I love them! I’m so glad they came in! Be sure to send me some so I can leave them in random grocery store book sections
Will do!!! I plan on sending them out this week!
They’re lovely! Good for you. Enjoy them!
Thanks!!!
I like your personalized stamp. And, your beautiful stamp just reminded me of that red empty chocolate box where I stored all my stamps. Okay, here it is on the top shelf in the closet and guess what I found: My Georgia O’Keefe stamp that reads: A flower touches everyone’s heart. And that being said, I would like to say, “I enjoy reading your book reviews”.
Thank you! What a nice comment! I now have a huge smile on my face and you made my day!!!!
very nice, on both!!
Thanks, Kendra!!!
Love the cards and the stamps are great! I keep thinking I want to get a stamp for my books, but I’m not sure I’d actually stamp them :-/ Something about marking them as mine sort of takes away the ethereal sense they have, which is weird because I have quite a few with inscriptions to me from friends or authors.
Well, you don’t have to stamp them until you give them away or lend them out. Also, you can stamp your friends/relatives books, but with their permission of course!
Beautiful package! Love the designs.
Love the stamp! I want!!
Thanks!!!! I just want to stamp everything now!
Wow! That stamp is amazing!
Thanks! It was the one that I “felt” was for me at first, and I’m basically stamping every book in sight now. Well, all of MY books, of course!

I love your business cards! Thank you for letting me know about these. I hadn’t thought about a stamp but now I want one. You are awesome
I can’t take the credit for the stamp! That was Allison @ The Book Wheel’s idea. But I LOOOOOVE it! I stamp all my books and if someone I know is giving away books, I stamp those too!
I love the stamp idea. Very cool. I must look into this.
Thanks! Allison @ The Book Wheel was a genius for thinking it up! And it’s a great way to promote my blog in a subtle way (especially to those people who “borrow” a book and never return it, wink wink).
Love the stamp and cards. Great ideas!
Thanks!!! They are really fun to pass out or place in public places. And stamping books can be tedious at times, but I get excited when I get a new book, it means I can stamp!
You’ve got the wheels in my head spinning trying to find excuses why I need a stamp. I don’t buy a whole lot of paper books at the moment for myself but buy plenty for the kids.
The cards I could see as some benefit but I’d be bad at putting them places and I haven’t attended a blog conference in person yet where I know lots of bloggers exchange cards.
Hmmm….
So with the stamps: You can stamp your books, kid books, other people’s book who are giving them away, etc.
Cards: I put them everywhere! In anything I mail to people, like things I sell on Amazon, I leave them at Starbucks, put them on the bulletin boards at places, etc.
